  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times to Canada and US

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days. Rates vary by location and order weight.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days. Additional charges apply.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over 100 $.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times and costs vary by destination and shipping method.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
