Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

  • Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return an Item

  2. Pack your item securely and include the original receipt.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
